AI SWAP helps users explore property swap opportunities, compare listings, save favorites, message other users, and manage property-related workflows. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and using the app lawfully.
Information in the app is provided for general planning and marketplace purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, real estate, or appraisal advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making property, payment, or contract decisions.
Users are responsible for the listings, messages, photos, proposal terms, and other content they submit. Do not upload or share content you do not have permission to use, false information, unlawful content, or another person’s private information without authorization.
If paid listing features are used, prices, subscription durations, payment methods, and activation timing are shown in the app. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and policies.
The app may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed to operate and improve the service.
