PROPERTY SWAP AGREEMENT
This Property Swap Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the parties.
RECITALS
- WHEREAS, Party A is the legal owner of Property A; and
- WHEREAS, Party B is the legal owner of Property B; and
- WHEREAS, both parties desire to swap these properties under the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1. Property Exchange
- • Party A transfers all rights in Property A to Party B
- • Party B transfers all rights in Property B to Party A
2. Title Transfer Fees
- • Title insurance costs
- • Recording fees & Transfer taxes
- • Attorney fees for closing
3. As-Is Condition
Both properties exchanged "as-is" without warranties regarding condition or title.
4. Contingencies

5. Governing Law
